Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes prohibited and required uses of Xite Apps services, including Growth Inbox. It is designed to support lawful, compliance-oriented use of lead generation and outreach workflows.

You must use Growth Inbox and related services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including rules on direct marketing, privacy, data protection, consumer protection, and computer misuse.
2. No Unauthorized Access or Bypass
Do not use the software or services to access systems, websites, or data without authorization. Do not bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, robots restrictions, or technical access controls where you are not permitted to do so.
3. No Deceptive or Unlawful Messaging
- No deceptive headers, sender identity, or subject lines.
- No unlawful spam or bulk messaging that violates applicable email marketing rules.
- No harassment, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or misleading claims.
4. Contact Data and Outreach Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process contact data and send outreach messages. Public availability of an email address does not automatically mean consent for marketing.
- Honor opt-outs and unsubscribe requests promptly.
- Maintain and enforce suppression lists where required.
- Include legally required sender identification and contact details in your messages.
- Follow jurisdiction-specific rules (for example, UK PECR / UK GDPR and US CAN-SPAM requirements).
5. Prohibited Data Sources
Do not use stolen, breached, or unlawfully obtained contact lists. Do not use the service to process personal data in ways that violate contractual restrictions, privacy notices, or applicable law.
6. Security and Abuse
You may not use the service to distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the website, APIs, or related systems.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of this policy or the Terms of Use.
